Overview

This role involves leading all aspects of Global Capital Markets trust or entity administration and servicing high net-worth private and institutional clients. The candidate will support senior account relationship managers and may serve as the administrator for large and complex clients.

In Short

  • Lead client relationships and oversee trust account administration.
  • Support senior account representatives in revenue-generating activities.
  • Manage daily implementation of client strategies.
  • Resolve client requests and problems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external service partners.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team associates.
  • Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current on industry news and corporate policies.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
  • Contribute to a supportive work environment reflecting company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust with clients.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • CCTS certification is a plus.
  • Ability to rapidly learn new software applications.
  • Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
