Overview

Leads all aspects of Global Capital Markets trust or entity administration and servicing of high net-worth private and institutional clients. Supports senior account relationship managers. May serve as administrator for large and/or highly complex clients.

In Short

  • Oversee client relationships and provide recommendations.
  • Assist senior account representatives in revenue-generating activities.
  • Manage daily implementation of client strategies.
  • Resolve client requests and problems in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge applicable to the business.
  • Provide mentoring and support to team associates.
  • Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain internal control standards and implement audit points.
  • Process transactions and maintain daily client contact.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in finance, business, economics, or accounting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.
  • Advanced analytical ability.
  • Proven ability to work well with capable individuals.
  • Experience in a team environment.
  • CCTS certification preferred.
  • Self-confident with a real interest in working with people.
