Implementation Consultant - Building Automation/Building Controls - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for onboarding new customers, building and deploying digital twin models, ensuring data quality, and coordinating with clients to achieve desired outcomes.

In Short

• Translate customer data sets into scalable virtual models.
• Build strong relationships with customers to showcase Willow features.
• Update and maintain digital twins to reflect real-time changes.
• Deploy connectors to enrich the Willow Application.
• Enable new features for customer value realization.
• Work with engineering and data specialists for data compatibility.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between customer data and physical assets.
• Support integration of BIM data into Digital Twin systems.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in project/program coordination.
• Experience in IT/OT/IoT and API integrations.
• Experience in Customer Management.
• Experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for learning.
• Fully remote position, ideally located in the Northeast US.
