Overview

Willow is expanding our sales and business development teams, looking for experienced individuals to drive business development and sales efforts for enterprise software solutions that digitize the built world.

In Short

  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate and qualify new leads through various channels including partners, networking, and industry events.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes through effective use of our SaaS solutions.
  • Drive contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer value and revenue.
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption of our SaaS solutions.
  • Serve as a customer advocate within the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Building Automation Systems and IoT solutions.
  • 1-2 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Previous experience in operations or facility management is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
