ERP Consultant - Energy / Customer Communication & Workflows - Remote

Overview

You will support municipal utilities and energy suppliers in designing and optimizing customer, communication, and workflow processes within our ERP billing solution ENER:GY. Your focus will be on clearly modeled processes, clean data understanding, and solutions that work in daily operations.

In Short

• Advise clients on the conception, implementation, and optimization of customer, communication, and portal processes.
• Analyze and model processes along customer communication (e.g., CRM, workflows, campaigns, output management).
• Implement functional requirements in the ERP system (customizing, workflows, templates).
• Work with data and SQL for analyses, audits, or functional coordination.
• Plan and moderate workshops and functional coordination with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of energy suppliers or municipal utilities.
• Substantial experience in process modeling with a structured end-to-end approach.
• Practical SQL and data knowledge, understanding the relationships between processes and systems.
• Good understanding of ERP and IT systems and their functional use.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients and work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
