WildBrain CPLG is seeking a Product Development Manager to manage creative execution and approvals for a portfolio of lifestyle, entertainment, and sports brands.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end product approvals and innovative product delivery.
• Utilize project management software like MyMediaBox and Monday.com.
• Support the wider Product Development team on key submissions.
• Deliver updates to the local commercial team on Licensee developments.
• Participate in regular summits and status calls.
• Manage quarterly Licensee reports and ideation sessions.
• Liaise with Licensors for feedback and development.
• Engage in global team activities and share market trends.
• Monitor competitors and product innovation.
• Drive a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Experience in product development and brand activation.
• Knowledge of consumer product categories and production limitations.
• Proficient in online approval software and reporting.
• Good understanding of European markets, especially the UK and Netherlands.
• Ability to communicate design changes effectively.
• Interest in licensing and product trends.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
