Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is imperative in delivering large complex projects for either our Customers or internal stakeholders, working across multiple projects from beginning to end within the agreed timescale.

In Short

• Manage multiple installation projects from governance approval to service transition.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Health & Safety policy.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular project status updates.
• Create and own project plans to drive teams towards milestones.
• Monitor project budgets and report real-time spending.
• Conduct quality assurance tests on installations and commissioning.
• Identify and manage risks affecting project delivery.
• Participate in lessons learned reviews and standardization forums.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management within IT.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience working with senior management and external customers.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and seek information proactively.
