Overview

We are looking for a skilled full-stack developer with expertise in Go (Golang), React, and Next.js to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience building scalable and complex member-facing solutions, with a strong understanding of backend and frontend development. You will work on architecting, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications while ensuring seamless user experiences. Knowledge of SMS integration (Twilio) and mobile development (React Native/Android/iOS) is a plus. You should also have some familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms including GCP and/or AWS.

In Short

Supporting our existing products that are currently deployed and being used in the production environment
Designing and implementing bug fixes and improvements for the current products
Migrating the products to new languages and environments
Research, pilot, and integrate third-party solutions into our product suite
Working with Product and Engineering management to scope and execute items on the product roadmap, and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and on budget
Participating in the complete software development lifecycle from requirement definitions to deployment
Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into working features and products
Collaborating with the lead architect and other developers on the system design and architecture
Working in an agile environment, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and close coordination with squad leads

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in full-stack development
Expertise in Go (Golang), React, and Next.js
Strong understanding of backend and frontend development
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (GCP, AWS)
Knowledge of SMS integration (Twilio) and mobile development (React Native/Android/iOS) is a plus
