Overview

We’re looking for a strategic thinker, insights powerhouse and advocate of all things customer to join our team as Director of Consumer Insight. You’ll be the voice of our customer across the business—bringing them into the room and making sure their needs, wants and real-life behaviours are driving our biggest decisions.

In Short

  • Lead a small insights team to build out research capabilities.
  • Translate high-quality data into high-impact action.
  • Influence decisions from boardroom to product tweaks.
  • Coach team members in research methodologies.
  • Develop insight-led narratives for strategic planning.
  • Evaluate and improve current insight tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand and Digital Product.
  • Ensure insights are actionable and impactful.
  • Contribute to the company's mission of providing clean water and sanitation.
  • Work closely with global teams in different time zones.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in leading research and insights teams.
  • Ability to set and deliver long-term consumer insights strategies.
  • Strong storytelling skills to distill complex data.
  • Fluency in research tools and methodologies.
