The Virtual Customer Service Representative will support customers through a live video connection, providing assistance and guidance as if they were physically present at the location.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with bicycles and e-mobility solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Experience with live video communication tools.
