Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR and Operations Specialist with a strong background in employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, scheduling, and performance tracking in fast-paced remote environments.

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding for both onsite and remote employees.
• Process payroll in Gusto, ensuring payment accuracy.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain monthly work schedules.
• Coordinate communication with store managers and operational teams.
• Administer company policies and internal procedures.
• Prepare and manage employee documentation.
• Support workforce planning and scheduling coverage.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist leadership with operational reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Experience in HR and operations management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, particularly Gusto.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with workforce analytics.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with remote work environments.
• Fluency in Russian is a plus.
