Operations & HR Manager / Russian Speaker - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR and Operations Specialist with a strong background in employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, scheduling, and performance tracking in fast-paced remote environments.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding for both onsite and remote employees.
• Process payroll in Gusto, including timesheet review and payroll adjustments.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain monthly work schedules using internal scheduling systems.
• Coordinate daily communication with store managers and operational teams.
• Administer company policies and internal procedures.
• Prepare and manage employee documentation and records.
• Support workforce planning and scheduling coverage.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist leadership with operational reporting and workforce analytics.

Requirements

• Strong background in HR and operations.
• Experience with payroll systems, particularly Gusto.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with employee performance tracking.
• Proficiency in scheduling and workforce management.
• Knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
• Experience with remote work environments.
• Fluency in Russian is preferred.
