We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager for Russian-speaking regions, responsible for key client maintenance and daily operations in cross-border e-commerce. This position requires both B2B client management skills and practical experience on e-commerce platforms (like Ozon), including product listing optimization, inventory management, and data-driven operations. If you have experience in cross-border e-commerce or international trade, possess excellent coordination skills, and are fluent in Chinese and Russian, we welcome you to join our team!

In Short

• Develop and maintain key B2B clients in Kazakhstan and other Russian-speaking regions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, responding to requests promptly, regularly updating progress, and efficiently resolving issues.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to manage production plans, order tracking, logistics scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure timely order delivery and service execution by coordinating internal and external resources.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing clients and assist in developing retention strategies.
• Lead daily operations on cross-border e-commerce platforms (like Ozon), including product listings, price adjustments, and inventory maintenance.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and service quality.
• Resolve product listing issues, order disputes, returns, and customer complaints.
• Plan promotional activities with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and conversion.

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese and Russian at a native or business level.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in managing major clients, international trade, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
• Strong learning ability, execution skills, and systematic thinking.

• Highly self-disciplined and capable of independently managing business modules.
