The People & Culture Coordinator ensures a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while supporting culture, engagement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in People & Culture or HR.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Exposure to global or distributed teams is beneficial.
• Coordination experience in events or culture initiatives.
• International experience across key regions is a plus.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments.
