The People & Culture Coordinator ensures a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while supporting culture, engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-growing global team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in People & Culture or HR.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Experience in a global or distributed team is advantageous.
• Event or culture initiative coordination experience preferred.
• International experience is a bonus.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments.
