Engineering Support and Infrastructure Manager - Remote

Following the successful first close of a US$10 million funding round, they continue to expand and innovate within the EV charging space.

In Short

• Lead infrastructure initiatives across the company, including AWS management and GitLab administration.
• Manage corporate IT operations, such as Google account administration and software licensing.
• Own and manage security initiatives, ensuring SOC2 compliance and security controls.
• Guide engineering teams in adopting DevOps practices and improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as the primary contact for US time zone Support Engineering activities.
• Coach the engineering team on best practices in infrastructure and security.

• Extensive experience managing infrastructure and IT needs across diverse environments.
• Ability to develop and maintain policies for secure, scalable infrastructure.
• Integrate security practices into infrastructure and operations.
• Bridge Customer Success and Product Development to resolve complex infrastructure-level issues.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and collaborative autonomy.
