Overview

The Training Manager for the Trust & Risk team will be responsible for deeply understanding the skills required to thrive in our front line agent teams, executing a strategic approach to building those skills at pace and scale, and constantly evaluating where training tactics are succeeding or lagging.

In Short

  • Design and implement comprehensive training framework for the Trust & Risk team.
  • Drive a strategic transformation in our training function.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
  • Work with QA, Policy, and Ops teams to identify knowledge gaps.
  • Build and manage project plans for training rollouts.
  • Develop and implement KPIs to assess training effectiveness.
  • Partner with Vendor Management teams for consistent learning development.
  • Build a centralized training repository for learning materials.
  • Leverage LMS tools and AI-driven training solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in training program management or L&D.
  • Strong focus on internal customers' needs and satisfaction.
  • Player-coach mindset comfortable with executing and developing strategies.
  • Familiarity with working with diverse customer support organizations.
  • Understanding of industry learning trends and adult learning theory.
  • Experience developing training in various delivery modalities.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Zendesk, and data platforms.
  • Experience in startups or e-commerce preferred.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work shifts and outside standard schedule.
