Training Manager, International Trust & Risk - Remote

Overview

The Training Manager for the Trust & Risk team will be responsible for deeply understanding the skills required to thrive in our front line agent teams, executing a strategic approach to building those skills at pace and scale, and constantly evaluating where training tactics are succeeding or lagging.

In Short

• Continuously deepen understanding of customer and agent experiences.
• Design and implement comprehensive training framework.
• Drive strategic transformation in training function.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
• Work with QA, Policy, and Ops teams to identify knowledge gaps.
• Build and manage project plans for training rollouts.
• Develop and implement KPIs to assess training effectiveness.
• Partner with Vendor Management teams for consistency.
• Build a centralized training repository for learning materials.
• Leverage LMS tools and AI-driven solutions for training.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in training program management or L&D.
• Strong focus on customer needs and training ROI.
• Player-coach mindset for executing and developing strategies.
• Familiarity with large customer support organizations preferred.
• Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Experience in developing training in various modalities.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and data platforms.
• Experience in startups, marketplaces, or e-commerce preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work shifts and outside standard schedules.
