Overview

As the Social Support & Insights Associate on the Communications Team, you will represent the voice of our users, playing a critical role in managing Whatnot's brand and reputation across social media.

In Short

• Proactively respond to customer inquiries across social media channels.
• Identify sentiment trends and root causes of customer issues.
• Assist in compiling reports on key metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall customer support experience.
• 3 years in social media support.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong empathy for customer perspectives.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in a small team environment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Able to work cross-functionally with various teams.
