In Short

• Join the Categories and Expansion team at Whatnot.
• Responsible for the expansion of categories and growth of sellers and buyers.
• Scale up Lead Generation function for Launch and Sales Teams globally.
• Analyze data on lead generation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with CatEx members to address issues around Leads.
• Support RevOps team in forecasting and sales models.
• Drive CatEx planning cycle and track targets.
• Conduct strategic analyses and special projects.
• Support CatEx leaders with data and insights.
• Work closely with various functions for smooth operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting or high growth startups.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Proven track record of solving problems using data.
• Experience in optimizing processes and improving operations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders.
• Low ego and willingness to help grow the business.
• Ability to work fast with little structure.
