• Define the strategy for sports marketing and develop big-bet initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end planning of our largest marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage relationships with industry leaders.
• Manage a high performing team responsible for buyer acquisition.
• Monitor and report on demand-side performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in developing industry-defining campaigns.
• Experience with IRL and event marketing.
• Interest in working with influencers in the sports card space.
• Strong program management and people management skills.
• Proficient in data storytelling and analytics tools.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or marketplace.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• $170,000 - $230,000/year + benefits + equity.
