In Short

• Act as a strategic partner to RevOps, Finance, and People Business Partners.
• Perform market benchmarking using tools like Radford and Pave.
• Ensure compensation plans are equitable and compliant.
• Lead execution of semi-annual compensation cycles.
• Manage compensation systems and tools for data integrity.
• Analyze and monitor pay outcomes with People Analytics.
• Train leaders on compensation design and mechanics.
• Analyze compensation program performance for improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on compensation experience.
• Strong expertise in incentive design and job analysis.
• Deep understanding of sales and variable compensation.
• Proficiency with compensation tools and advanced Excel.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in compensation planning cycles.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
