As a Senior People Analytics Partner at Western Digital, you will serve as the primary analytics partner to HR and business leaders, translating challenges into analytical solutions and providing insights that inform talent strategy and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in People Analytics or related fields.
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or Python/R for data analysis.
• Exceptional ability to translate data into business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders.
