In Short

• Strategise and create multi-channel marketing plans for B2C user acquisition & lead generation.
• Utilise various marketing channels including paid ads and community activation.
• Project manage a team of specialists to deliver on campaigns.
• Monitor performance across campaigns and adjust resources as needed.
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Understand target audience behaviors and analyze data for user acquisition.
• Build long-term strategies while managing short-term fulfilment.
• Interact directly with clients to build positive relationships.
• Responsible for timely billing of clients.
