Overview

As a proactive, self-driven mid-level corporate & commercial lawyer, you will support global operations at Welltech, focusing on cross-border corporate governance and commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 4-6 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law, especially cross-border matters.
• Hands-on experience with English-law-governed contracts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced user of productivity and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a team-first mindset.
• Experience in tech product-led companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with shareholders’ agreements is desirable.
• Experience with employment documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
