Overview

Welltech is seeking a proactive, self-driven mid-level corporate & commercial lawyer to support its global operations, focusing on cross-border corporate and governance work, English-law governed documents, and commercial agreements.

• Support cross-border corporate and governance projects.
• Draft and negotiate English-law governed commercial agreements.
• Manage legal documentation related to corporate governance.
• Provide business-oriented legal support on corporate and commercial questions.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts and corporate actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively suggest improvements to legal processes.
• Maintain clear records and documentation.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments.
• Contribute to the development of legal templates and playbooks.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law, especially in tech.
• Hands-on experience with English-law governed contracts.
• Fluency in English (C1 level); other languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced user of productivity and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and organized.
