Overview

The ERP Director will be responsible for driving initiatives that modernize financial systems and processes, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and decision-making by developing and implementing scalable solutions aligned with Welltech's strategic objectives.

• Execute a multi-year digital finance transformation roadmap with Workday ERP at the center.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other business units to align digital initiatives.
• Lead discovery and assessment phases of transformation projects.
• Manage vendor and third-party consultants relationships.
• Lead change management strategies including stakeholder engagement.
• Promote a digital mindset across the finance function.
• Strengthen financial controls and audit readiness through system automation.
• Lead a team of 5-7 professionals in the ERP team.
• Develop structured learning and development paths for team members.
• Continuously monitor and adapt the digital finance transformation roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance leadership, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading finance digital transformation or ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and data governance.
• Experience with process automation principles and best practices.
