Overview

  • Experience in insurance billing or collections preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills in healthcare.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in training and mentorship.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
