Senior Business Support Consultant – Health Services - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Business Support Consultant at Wellmark, you will provide expertise and consulting for Health Services processes, systems, data, and applications, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective system integration.

In Short

• Provide subject matter expertise for Health Services processes.
• Serve on the Health Services system integration product team.
• Facilitate comprehensive user acceptance testing for core care management systems.
• Analyze and execute system configuration for change initiatives.
• Establish and execute test cases for quality assurance.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Work in a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office.
• Proactively build business acumen and relationships.
• Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 4+ years in a technology or business role with complex systems.
• Experience with large change initiatives and project management methodologies.
• 1+ year of user acceptance testing coordination experience.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new programs.
• Group facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Health Services systems is preferred.
