The Medical Policy & Coding Support Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting medical policy functions by providing coding, system configuration, and operational support, contributing to the success of the Medical Policy Team.

  • Work core business hours of 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time.
  • Remote eligible position requiring high-speed internet.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in provider payment, claims, or medical coding.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP BusinessObjects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years of experience in medical coding or claims processing.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Self-starter with strong workflow management skills.
  • Must attain CPC certification within 12 months of hire.
