Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
  • Solid understanding of networking and software troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Reliable remote work setup based in Lebanon.
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.
