Overview

The AV Technical Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support for audio-visual systems in conference spaces, ensuring functionality and availability of equipment, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

• Provide white-glove technical support for meetings

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in a client/customer service-oriented environment
• Familiarity with integrated AV systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new software as required
• Experience in a corporate conference center preferred
• CTS Certification preferred
• Crestron, AMX, or Extron Certifications preferred
• DSP Programming experience preferred
