Technical Program Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Itential is looking for a Technical Program Coordinator or Technical Project Manager to join our world-class revenue team focused on net-new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts. Providing coordination and support for Itential Products during customer evaluations for both pre and post sales engagements. This role is technical in nature. The applicant should be able to understand how modern networks work and be able to speak to roles of networking devices as well as understand network use cases. Should be comfortable communicating Itential software value as it relates to our customers and their application of our technology.

In Short

• Responsible for communication and coordination of Itential Products in an evaluation phase.
• Act as a subject matter expert in explaining evaluation products.
• Track and report work efforts within Jira and sales pipeline activities.
• Ensure Salesforce activities are documented for leadership visibility.
• Communicate with prospects on requirements for evaluations.
• Coordinate POC preparation and maintain action item registers.
• Troubleshoot timing and availability of evaluation execution.
• Create Readout draft PowerPoint presentations for evaluations.
• Manage Outlook invitations for evaluation preparation and execution.
• Support presentations on team accomplishments and roadmap.

• Ability to differentiate Itential products to customers.
• B.S. Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Current project management certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.).
