Overview

The Health Services Coding Analyst provides clinical leadership and subject-matter expertise to support the analysis, configuration, and administration of complex medical policy content within claims processing systems.

Requirements

• Associate degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required.
• 7+ years of healthcare experience in coding or claims.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Inquisitive nature with a drive for process improvement.
• Ability to meet department work schedule.
• Experience in mentoring others.
