Overview

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our Central Service Desk Team at NEC Software Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and is passionate about delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.

In Short

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Provide a warm and helpful first-line response to customer queries.
  • Log and manage incoming requests using an ITSM tool.
  • Monitor and manage shared mailboxes.
  • Resolve basic issues such as password resets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Keep users informed of progress and expected resolution times.
  • Close resolved queries promptly and accurately.
  • Reflect on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk role.
  • A genuine passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible attitude.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
