Overview

As a Case Management Nurse I at Wellmark, you will serve as a key advisor engaging with members to support their chronic and complex health care needs by creating and managing individualized care plans.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Active RN License in Iowa or South Dakota.
  • 4+ years of clinical experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical documentation platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to service excellence and member advocacy.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
