The Nurse Care and Case Management (CCM) Manager will oversee and lead the day-to-day efforts of our CCM Nurse Care Managers, focusing on delivering high quality and efficient care and case management to our members.

Requirements

• BSN required.
• CCM Certification required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• 5+ years of nursing experience.
• 2+ years of care management leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for Monday-Friday shifts from 9AM-6PM local time.
