Overview

We are seeking a (RN) Registered Nurse who must live and have a current active unrestricted RN license in the state of UT. This position will support our Medicaid Population that is live within the state of UT.

In Short

  • Remote position with home office requirements.
  • Manage a case load for members enrolled in the Medicaid program.
  • Experience in managed care and case management is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills are necessary for multitasking.
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity.
  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Local travel of 25-40% may be required.
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary care team meetings.
  • Provide education and support to members.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in case management or related fields.
  • Active, unrestricted State Registered Nursing (RN) license.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Active, unrestricted Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred.
