Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field.
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare sales experience.
  • Established track record of problem-solving and collaboration.

  • Ability to adapt in a complex selling environment.
  • Proven ability to escalate difficult issues.
  • Competencies in selling skills, customer focus, and teamwork.
  • Eye care experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of pharmaceutical launch experience preferred.
  • Highly adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
