Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Leader to lead, support, and drive success for our franchise and corporate-owned locations, overseeing performance and growth while ensuring alignment between franchisees and corporate goals.

In Short

• Lead and support 17 store teams in the southeast region.
• Provide guidance and leadership for franchise management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and brand standards.
• Assist franchisees with business planning and operational improvements.
• Oversee daily operations of corporate-owned stores.
• Manage corporate location budgets and staffing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop store leadership within corporate locations.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance data to improve customer engagement and revenue.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in franchisee management.
• Experience with multi-unit management in retail, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of franchising and contract management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop business strategies.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
