As the Sr Director of our National Professional Relations team, you will drive strategic initiatives that elevate congress execution, peer-to-peer programming, and thought leader partnerships, ensuring Tarsus maintains a strong industry presence and stays in front of industry trends.

In Short

• Lead the development of functional goals and performance metrics.
• Drive yearly Congress strategy and engagement plans.
• Evolve Peer to Peer strategy to meet customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with commercial organization on customer engagement.
• Define engagement plans and KPIs for professional relations.
• Develop feedback engagement plan with Medical Affairs.
• Manage functional budget with regular analysis.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years relevant experience, or master’s degree with commensurate experience.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and ability to translate corporate vision into departmental goals.
• Ability to identify trends and shape high-impact strategies.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influence.
• Outcome-driven leadership with measurable results.
• Focus on coaching and development of team members.
