• Lead the design and development of innovative food and beverage processing technologies.
• Scale lab-based processes to pilot and full-scale production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in food and beverage processing.
• Expertise in thermal processing, aseptic systems, or similar technologies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for food safety.
