Senior Product Development Scientist - Remote

We are looking for a Senior Product Development Scientist to lead and execute innovation projects across our growing portfolio of beverages and fruit-based spreads.

In Short

• Lead and execute product innovation projects from ideation to launch.
• Identify creative solutions and influence stakeholders during the development process.
• Conduct experimental design and lead execution of trials.
• Provide technical support for existing specifications and products.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Consumer Insights for consumer research.
• Manage external vendors and resources.
• Review specifications throughout the NPD cycle.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities based on project learnings.
• Travel up to 15% based on project requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of New Product Development experience in Food & Beverage.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields; Master's preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and food regulations.
• Strong time management and analytical skills.
• General knowledge of food & beverage processing equipment.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for product development.
