Brand Manager - Remote

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead Refrigerated Juice, responsible for strategic direction, team leadership, performance, competitive analysis, and product development.

In Short

• Lead the Refrigerated Juice platform for Welch's.
• Develop and communicate strategic direction across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee platform budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor competitive activity and develop strategies.
• Utilize consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Occasional travel up to 5%.

Requirements

• BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product development.
• Experience in the CPG industry, especially Food and Beverage.
