Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a crucial role in the sales team, responsible for the first contact with potential customers and generating high-quality leads to build the sales pipeline.

In Short

  • Identify and qualify high-quality leads.
  • First contact with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Product Qualified Leads (PQLs).
  • Ensure the quality of SQLs based on resulting offers.
  • Timely follow-up of leads within defined processing windows.
  • Maintain and report all relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Prioritize leads based on relevance and potential.
  • Apply and develop sales strategies and tools.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and campaign management.
  • Escalate strategically important leads to the Head of Sales.
