Head of AEO/GEO/SEO - Remote

Overview

As the Head of AEO/GEO/SEO at Weflow, you will own and scale our organic growth engine across traditional search, AI mode, and LLMs.

• Define and lead our end-to-end organic acquisition strategy.
• Conduct keyword and AEO/GEO optimization to boost visibility and rankings.
• Develop a programmatic approach to content marketing using modern AI tools.
• Ensure all content is search-optimized and aligned with brand messaging.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of SEO experience and 1+ years in AEO/GEO.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue from organic channels.
• Experience with both strategic ownership and hands-on execution.
• Experience building programmatic content frameworks and marketing programs.
• Deep understanding of RevOps, sales, and customer success.
• Strong analytical capabilities to derive insights from data.
• Fluent in English.
