Product Manager Community - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager Community, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our community of doctors and creating an environment that generates real added value in the digital health industry. You decide where you work: Germany-wide from your home office, at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix.

In Short

• You are the primary link between coliquio and the community and coordinate and prioritize cross-functional activities and measures for the community.
• Lead projects and initiatives with a focus on community growth and engagement from planning to implementation.
• Planning and implementation of local community programs.
• Develop community leaders to increase engagement.
• Test new methods to connect community leaders in the DACH region.
• Verify new doctors in the registration process.
• Develop effective initiatives and content strategies to drive engagement.
• Inform and engage with community leaders on product changes.
• Organize and lead community events, both online and in-person.
• Support the development of new platform features with a focus on community.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in community management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to align community goals with business goals.
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset.
• High degree of independence and personal responsibility.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Medical background an advantage.
