Senior Well-being Programme Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Well-being Programme Manager to work with one of our global clients in supporting and enhancing their workplace health and wellbeing strategy.

In Short

• Collaborate with the client’s internal health and wellbeing team.
• Lead the planning and execution of wellness activities.
• Build relationships with internal client stakeholders.
• Manage annual wellness calendars and engagement campaigns.
• Act as a point of contact for the client’s wellbeing champions.
• Analyse and present wellbeing data to stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal WebMD teams for digital tools implementation.
• Identify new service opportunities and process improvements.
• Support budget management and reporting.

Requirements

• A degree in Public Health or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in health & wellbeing consulting.
• Experience implementing employee health initiatives.
• Strong understanding of UK health and wellbeing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
