Senior Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives within our Tech-Driven and Cost-Out portfolio. This role will be instrumental in managing high-impact programs focused on technology enablement, operational efficiencies, and cost reduction.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives driving technology modernization.
• Partner with stakeholders to align programs with enterprise strategy.
• Define program scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Provide updates to senior leadership and ensure PMO adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of program/project management experience.
• Proven success in managing technology and cost transformation programs.
• Strong financial acumen with CapEx and OpEx budget management experience.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Miro, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
