Senior Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team and work closely with a prominent Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. This individual will play a critical role in managing client relationships, driving account expansion, and leading diverse and cross-functional teams to develop digital products.

In Short

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization.
• Identify growth opportunities within the account and develop strategies for account expansion.
• Lead and coordinate a diverse cross-functional team of digital product development professionals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital product initiatives.
• Develop and implement product strategies that align with client needs.
• Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans.
• Maintain a strong presence at the client site for at least 3 days a week.
• Drive innovation and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams.
• Strong client-facing skills and experience in managing relationships.
• Proven experience in digital product development.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of digital technologies is required.
